How do the recovery boots work?
Our air compression boots utilize dynamic sequential pneumatic compression. They inflate and deflate in cycles to mimic the body's natural muscle pump, effectively boosting blood circulation, flushing metabolic waste, and accelerating recovery.
How often should I use the recovery boots?
For best results, use them for 20 to 30 minutes immediately following high-mileage runs, intense training sessions, or whenever you experience heavy-leg fatigue.
What is the difference between Performance and Elite recovery boots?
Performance boots offer exceptional, multi-chamber compression ideal for everyday athletes. Elite boots step up to a more advanced chamber configuration, higher pressure limits, and extended battery life for pro-level recovery needs.
How do BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) bands work?
BFR bands safely restrict arterial inflow while totally occluding venous outflow in the working muscle. This allows you to build strength and muscle hypertrophy using much lighter weights, reducing overall joint stress.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email so you can monitor your package's journey.
What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
We offer Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100. Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

What is your warranty policy?
All products are backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use in Australia.
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging.
Are there any fees for returning an item?
If an item is returned opened or used, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Unless the product is confirmed defective, customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in good condition with all original packaging, cords, and documentation.
